Returns Made Easy – Here's How it Works at Damen | Alexa-ModeShop

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If something doesn't fit or isn't to your liking, we'll make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Here's how to return an item:

Prepare your package:

Securely pack the items you wish to return in the original shipping package or another suitable box.

Please note: Items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn (except for trying on), unused, and with the original tags attached.

Ship your package:

Simply take the package to a shipping service provider of your choice, frank it, and send it to the following return address:

Refund:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount as quickly as possible - within 10 days at the latest.

Important notes:

● Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

● Please note that you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment unless otherwise agreed.
